Protein packed overnight oats
Ingredients
  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • ⅓ cup of water
  • ¼ cup of grass fed vanilla yogurt
  • 17 grams of freeze dried strawberries
  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of agave nectar
  • 1 scoop of vanilla idealshake powder
Instructions
  1. This is another dump it all in a bowl and mix it up recipe. When mixed, place in jars overnight, and it is ready to eat. I quadruple this recipe so my daughter and I have some grab and go food in the fridge.
